Scott’s previously managed large teams of WordPress developers as well as manages bespoke clients that require white glove and white label services. Scott has also managed mailing lists and sent over 1,500,000 emails per month for clients. These emails include marketing and prospecting emails as well as traditional newsletters.

As a freelancer, I’m responsible for all apsects of my digital marketing business including sales, design, and most imortantly, project management. I am very selective with my clients and happily refer potential clients to the person I feel would best serve them if I don’t think we would be a good fit. I focus on WordPress design using the DIVI framework and also manage newletters and mailing lists for clients as diverse as international law firms, restaurants, and gyms. As the Director of Digital Marketing, I’ve grown our subscriber base by 23,000 people. I currently manage 7 newsletters and mailer for various product lines sending out over 1,000,000 emails/month using Robly and ConstantContact. I am the project manager and lead developer for the rebranding effort to consolidate our digital news sites under the banner of is the go-to site for the downstream fuels industry that generates nearly 1,000,000 hits/month. One of the top WordPress firms in San Antonio, I managed all social media accounts for clients and acted as a junior developer. I shot instructional videos for the popular WordPress Wednesday YouTube series as well as email marketing videos for RackSpace’s CloudU online learning system. I also was an organizer of WordCamp San Antonio, the largest WordCamp in Texas. | June 2013 – January 2015

Robotics & Engineering Instructor

I taught engineering and the Engineering Design Process to students from 6-8th grades. I combined all areas of study including math and science as well as English in order to lead young learners in being willing to design-break-design again. The difference in engineering over other courses of study is teaching learnes how to think, not just what to think. My students worn numerous awards in BEST Robotics and KidWind competitions.

I created and executed a guerilla marketing plan to launch our Sugar Land office that helped TD Waterhouse establish an active presence in the community and to get our competitors off their game.
